We hope that you've enjoyed your stay in our Seah Premium Loft Plus Apartment and we appreciate you taking your time to leave us a feedback.  We will do a check on our rooms to see if our bedframes can be further secured. With regards to the chairs, our team is already looking into this and they have already ordered a same-height chair to pair with the existing one so that our guests can dine comfortably in their rooms.  We hope to be able to accommodate you in our other locations again soon!

We would like to share that the size of the standard loft apartments are approximately 17 square meters and more details of the apartments can be found under Room Information on hotels.com. Larger Premier Loft Apartments are also available for upgrade (subjected to availability) and we will be happy to assist with an upgrade upon request. We are also glad that you found the complimentary washers and dryers useful. Each cycle of wash and dry takes between 1.5 - 4 hours, depending on the mode of wash and dry chosen. In addition, as we do not have an onsite reception, check-in time is between 3pm to 8pm and late check-in after 8pm is chargeable at an additional $100 as stated on the Hotel Details section.
