"Free parking easy access and affordable but breakfast nop"

"Very bad rooms, it feels like they never renovated their rooms. Bathroom was very bad and smelly. The price they take and the service they provide is not worth it."

"It doesn’t have an elevator and since we have mobility issues, had to take the only room left on the first floor that had a ripped curtain that made it impossible to make the room totally dark and someone could peep into the room if the curtain moved from how we set it up. The staff was very friendly and loved the lemon water available in the lobby."

"This hotel is new and clean. Right across entrance of Whitewater walk, but it was closed for the season while we stayed at the hotel. Breakfast is good and staff are very friendly. The only thing is that it will be 35 min walk to Clifton Hill."

"Quaint little spot. Nice and clean. Great staff. We had a bottle of wine and charcuterie in the little cafe upon arrival and it was excellent. Nothing fancy and a little out of the way but a quick drive or Uber to anywhere you need to go. Very reasonably priced. I’d go back for sure. "

"Some room are under renovation, noises can be heard from other room, kitchen is under renovation, currently they are serving ready to eat food. The location is close to a big outlet mall. The property offers free parking, if parking lot is full, guest can use the outlet mall parking lot, the front dest will provide a car identification."

"Terrible room - small, no view at all, no closet or place to hang clothes, next to elevators which were too loud so we couldn’t sleep. "

"Free parking is awesome for Niagara Falls close to all the fun stuff on Clifton hill. They also had free breakfast in morning which was simple but fine. Because they were renovating at the time we got a room in in renovated part. That was more shabby than great. The lobby area is pretty nice with a French quarter look. "

"Our family had a wonderful time at Great Wolf Lodge. It was really inclusive. Both boys at different ages were able to engage in a lot of activities. The food was fantastic, better than I thought it was going to be. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was a little small."

"The staff were polite enough. The tv was non existent, aside from dispersed signal. As if an antenna was in use. The pool area was clean, yet the advertised warmth was non existent. Wifi worked. No drinking water for refreshment, fridge, or microwave. Actually, I am surprised. With the amount of water in Niagara Falls, there was not a water fountain in sight."

"Room decor is dated but clean nonetheless. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient location on Clifton Hill. Parking is $15 and I find that reasonable. Would be nicer if parking was included in the room price though. I would likely stay again."

"We loved our stay at the Quality Hotel. Free parking, great location walkable to all of the attractions. The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. We loved the hot tub and pool. We had an amazing room with a balcony facing the falls. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. It was my mother’s 70th birthday and we were blown away by the room and the view. It was a memory to last a lifetime! We will come back to this hotel every time."
