"Overall: Location – 4.5/5 Staff friendliness – 4/5 Cleanliness – 5/5 Breakfast – 5/5 The hotel is located in front of the Pensacola Beach Ball Tower car park (on the opposite side of the road). You can walk to the beach, but it is a bit of a walk. At the back of the hotel, there is a small private beach facing the gulf, and you can ride kayaks for free. The staff was very friendly, especially the lady who arranged breakfast—she was great. However, the person who manages the kayaks was not in the same mood. He was very arrogant and acted as if he were doing charity work for free. He is the sole reason for not giving a 5/5 rating. The rooms were very clean. The pool was clean but not heated and not very big. The breakfast was great and sufficient, served from 7:30 to 9:30. Unlike some other places, they didn’t stop serving exactly at 9:30. They were flexible and made sure everyone was well fed before clearing the food. The lady who arranged everything was especially kind and took extra care of the guests."
