Best hotel stay I ever had

This hotel was hands down the most accommodating, comfortable and friendliest I have ever stayed in. The breakfast spread was insanely good and the restaurant food was delicious day or night. The staff were the kindest and most accommodating group of people that would go out of their way to serve us. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing. Room was spacious, clean and very well kept. Will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

An amazing hotel with excellent service. The room was spacious and comfortable. We sampled breakfast, lunch and dinner which was delicious.The staff here are very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to Long the bar man who made our stay memorable. We were greeted with cold towels and a cold drink at check in which was really nice touch. Stayed here for three nights. We had five different rooms. All the rooms were clean and large. The showers were a problem because they did not drain while causing water to go through out the floors in the. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. I stayed over New Year’s Eve and it was it was a good distance to be away from the noise of pub street. Lunch was also good and I got a massage and pedicure.

Breakfast very disapointing, food cold (no heating tray), and little variety. Posting says free airport transfer, they refused to honor. Cost $25 each way. I extended a day, had to switch rooms. Could not put me in other room until 2pm "still cleaning". They could priortize cleaning this one so the customer could move in their suitcases, then do other rooms. Not very helpful. 10 minute Tuk Tuk to see anything

プールも綺麗でちゃんと塩素の香りもします。ホテル内も清掃が行き届いており、スタッフも素晴らしいです。朝食のビュッフェもメニュー豊富でした。繁華街は少し遠いので歩いても良いですが、トゥクトゥクなど乗ったほうがいいでしょう。良いホテルで夜も静かなのでお勧めできます。
