Um bom hotel, limpo e silencioso

A equipe do hotel é muito cordial e faz tudo que estiver ao alcance deles para resolver qualquer problema. O Ar condicionado funciona muito bem e a cama é muito confortável. Hotel bastante silencioso, localizado a poucos minutos da pub street caminhando, e com ótimas opçoes de restaurantes na mesma rua. Como é um hotel já um pouco antigo tem alguns pequenos problemas como o ralo do chuveiro que entupiu algumas vezes mas o problema foi prontamente resolvido ao informar na recepçao. A única coisa que me desagradou foi o translado do aeroporto que não apareceu, embora eu tivesse avisado o horário da minha chegada com 2 dias de antecedencia e acabei tendo que utilizar um taxi do aeroporto. Eu voltaria a me hospedar aqui devido ao custo benefício ser muito bom.

Started bad, but ended great!

We unfortunately had a late flight so we arrived at the Siem Reap airport a bit later than we were used to. We were excited to get to our hotel and relax for the night. We made our way to the designated “pick up” area to try and find our requested driver. After 25 mins with no luck, we began to worry that the hotel may have forgotten our request or that something else may have happened. I sent out an email to the manager that I had prior correspondence with and surprisingly he replied within minutes. Turns out that there was some miscommunication on his part to his staff about our driver, so he asked us to take a taxi because he had no available driver. He was apologetic and made sure to let us know that we would be reimbursed the taxi’s fee. After that, everything else was great. They were attentive. The room was cozy. The pool and the pool area was relaxing. The room and the service made up for that intial mix up.

위치가 시내에 있어 이동하기 편리했고 주변 슈퍼도 편하게 이용했음. 걸어서 나이트 마켓, Pub Street 가기도 편하고 좋았음. 근처에 한국식당도 있어서 위치는 너무 좋은데, 저렴한 가격에 맞는 시설이므로 대체적으로 만족함. 저렴하게 자면서 많은 기대를 하지 말고 잠만 자러 들어온다 생삭하시면 됩니다~ 직원들은 친절해요~

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einem Pool im Innenhof.

Das Hotel ist schön eingerichtet, verfügt über ein Pool im Innenhof, ein kleines Restaurant / Frühstücksbereich und ein nettes Wartebereich. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist in Beton-Optik, sauber und funktionell. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Vorab wird man über die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten informiert, der Manager bietet auch verschiedene Tagesaktivitäten an. Bei der Buchung von Bustickets wurde bereitwillig geholfen. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man das Zentrum mit der lebendigen Pub Street und Nightmarket Street in 10min zu Fuß. Etwas näher befindet sich eine weitere Straße mit vielen kleinen, internationalen Lokalen. In unmittelbarer Nähe kann man Fahrräder oder auch Mopeds ausleihen.

Go hotel which is 5 minutes walk to the Lucky Mall and 10 minutes to the Pub Street. Everything is there and the hotel is clean, big room and set breakfast is good.

친절한 직원들과 아늑한 객실 좋은 시간이었습니다!

옆방에서는 터지는거같은데 제가 묵은 객실에서는 와이파이가 터지지 않아 조금 불편했지만 전반적인 객실 상태나 직원의 친절도 모두 만족합니다. 이메일로 연락 주고받은것도 빠른 답장에 원활한 소통을 했구요. 시내쪽 방에 묵었는데 쾌적하고 넓은 방이었습니다. 모두 만족하고 다시 시엠립에 방문하게 되면 꼭 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

Value for money - A very pleasant stay.

Well, there were hiccups initially and although we were annoyed,all was forgotten as the staff immediately rectified our issues. They did it with a smile and maintained their politeness at all times.Staff is also very friendly and helpful and I suppose these are qualities or assuarances we look for when selecting a place to live.Bed was comfortable.Breakfast was simple and tasty.Location is a short walking distance to Pub Street.Will definitely stay here if I visit Siem Reap again.

Agréable séjour

Lhotel est bien situé, proche de restaurants, night market et pub street. La piscine est bien agreable bien que petite. Les chambres sont grandes et bien equipees, meme si la propreté pourrait etre améliorée pour les draps sinon le ménage est fait tous les jours. En revanche, petit dej pas assez copieux et pas tres bon... A améliorer.

Great find & great value for money

Lovely friendly attentive staff, room was large modern & clean with good air con! Nice pool area with pool towels provided, good variety of tv channels only down side was the insects - we got bitten round pool and in room but not by Mozzies but some sort of fly maybe a good idea to put insect burners round pool then the hotel would be perfect!!! 9 out of 10 from us!!! would highly recommend!

Bel hôtel bien situé

Hôtel bien situé. Plusieurs petits restos intéressants à proximité. Personnel avenant et courtois. Offre des excursions à Angkor. À notre arrivée la chambre proposée ne nous plaisait pas. On nous a changé de chambre sans problème. Nous avions réservé une excursion mais n'avons pu la faire la journée prévue. L'hôtel a fait des démarches et celle-ci a été annulée et reportée sans frais.

Not what we expected

We didn't get the room we booked for the first night. We had to move the next day to the room we booked. Both of the rooms were not very clean, for example spiderwebs were hanging on the walls and ceiling. The pool had very cold water in it and the sun doesn't shine there at all. The hotel tried to make money in every turn, don't buy anything they say! For example, they offer a tour to silkfarm; with tuktuk for 60$ and with car 74$. But the silkfarm itself offers free shuttlebus from their shop with free guided tour on the farm! We took the free one, of course!

Great Staff

Nice modern hotel with a pool in great location in Siem Reap. Silent neighborhod with many restaurants and easy acess to Pub Street. Great staff! Good value for money and highly recommended for a stay in Siem Reap.

Warm hospitality with lovely decoration

Very good price in the nice location (walkable to night market, old market and pub street ). The area is quiet with some good restaurant nearby. Bed Room, toilet, central area and Swimming pool are clean and tidy. We booked room on expedia but it seem like the room we got is not similar to tge photo we saw... However, after the complaint , the staff was very kind... He changed the room for us.

Hotel charmant !!

Petit hotel boutique avec très belle cour arrière, l'aménagement est superbe! On déjeune à l'extérieur. La piscine est petite, mais très agréable pour prendre l'apéro. Les chambres sont confortables. La localisation est excellente, on peut se rendre à pied partout dans la ville de Siem Rep. Il y a d'excellents petits restaurants sur la rue. Le seul bémol est la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.
