"The room is very nice and very high class and staff is very nice but the property is in a strange industrial area. The outside of the property is not as well kept. I have my own garden, very good for the price but the garden needs to have mosquito maintenance. For the short moment I was in the garden, I got bit for over 10 times!!"

The staff was very welcoming and, even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they always did their best to accommodate our needs. The property itself was well kept and spotless — our room was tidy, fresh, and exceptionally clean. We especially loved having a balcony overlooking the mountains, which made the stay feel extra special. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay! "Quality of the room was as expected for the price. Was disappointed to find cockroaches in the bathroom, but it’s a shared building and I know that can’t be avoided. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly for the stay, they addressed all of our needs without question."

"I wouldn't consider this is a hotel, at best is the youth hostel, but charged as a 4 stars hotel rate. First, the taxi driver was not able to find the hotel, as the location is on the 11th floor in an old commercial building. At the front desk seems reasonable clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Inside the room is a bunk bed that really shocking as a hotel and the room size is very small. Carpet is a little old and worn, bathroom is fair with minimum facilities provided. Wifi is constantly cutoff and speed is extremely slow. No breakfast is included. Overall is very disappointed hotel"
