Cleanliness was impeccable, from the guest room to the shared areas, everything was spotless and well cared for. The service rendered by the staff was excellent: warm, attentive, and professional, which made our anniversary celebration feel even more special. One of the highlights was the stunning view of Mount Fuji, which is truly breathtaking and well worth mentioning. Waking up to such a magnificent view made our stay unforgettable. Overall, it was a perfect place for a special occasion and a highly enjoyable stay."

"For me, it's perfect Location: - If you're looking for a breathtaking sight of Mt Fuji, this is the way to go. It may not be the most convenient Hotel but I'd say it has a great view of Mt. Fuji. Staff: - They are professional, Friendly and well Respected. They will give you very accurate information at their hotel and try their best to make you feel comfortable. Dinner: - Dinner is a must-have. I'm sure there are other options around, but make sure you try them since you're there. All their food was fresh or cooked on site. The quality is top-notch. Room: - The Mt. Fuji view room is everything you would expect for a four-star hotel. Clean, essentials were ready to use, comfortable, and quiet. I personally was very please at the fact that although it's right next to a busy street, I still got my quality sleep. Breakfast: - equally amazing as the dinner. I like that they had western style and a traditional Japanese breakfast. Be there early for an even better experience. Overall, it's one of my personal favorites, and I definitely will come back in the future. Make sure you try their onsen while you're their you'll be surprise on how good it is."

"It is too overpriced, very old and cleaning room is lazy! Two day night stays for 350000 yen with no breakfast? However, it is Dec 27 and 28 ! I expected better! "
