Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump
Great customer service. Very clean hotel. The only complaint was the parking… we had to wait about 30 minutes to find a parking spot on Saturday night; other than that, highly recommend.

Absolutely awful experience at the Graduate Richmond, especially for a room that cost over $300 a night. The bathroom was filthy when we arrived — dusty, grimy, and just plain nasty. I was only there for a short visit. The checkin was very efficient and the room was fine for what I was looking for. Not for a long stay but if you need a place to stay while driving south, it is good.
