"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not speak English, but we used Google Translate to communicate. The room was spacious. The bath was very warm, but relaxing. Very traditional Japanese breakfast as well. Overall, great experience."

"You have to contact the hotel to puck up coz its up the hill! But it’s very convenient for skiing as you can just ski down to the lift. Hotel staffs are helpful especially for the pickup-dropoff services! Very convenient!!!!!"
