"Took me hours to check in. Bathroom smells bad, no fridge, you can hear everything from outside."

"It was a family trip. Overall we liked the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious with a pretty big fridge and an amazing microwave oven. Breakfast was nice with a variety of different meals. Staff were generally friendly. That said, at the arrival we found out that their indoor pool and gym were closed. We were wondering why that information was not updated in Expedia."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. The children love the pool. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The bar downstairs was a nice amenity, we enjoy watching the game with other guest. Kid friendly and plenty of of activities for the kids to enjoy near by."

"10 for cleanliness and comfort but rooms were very run down. Bathroom door wouldn’t close completely or lock, and was even separated in 3 layers that flopped around. Broken air conditioner was replaced the very next morning but made for a rough night beforehand."

"Great place, staff, clean environment full breakfast. Light sleepers will have issues if they happen to wake up at night due to noises from the highway behind the hotel. I will recommend thins place for travelers."

"Went just to spend the night as there was a concert nearby I was attending. We got into the room and the oder of the air conditioner was musty. That was a concern. Worst of it, when we got back from the event to go to bed, we pulled the sheets down and the bed was full of bedbugs. Sickening. We left and demanded a refund, and the night clerk said I need to call the manager in the morning. This was around midnight and we decided too late to find another hotel and try the long drive home, which is...

"The first room i had i was literaly stuck to the floor when i went to tell front desk lady was very rude. She did change my room. Im assuming people live there couple arguing hitting the walls salming doors cops. Went to front desk about towels gave 1 wash cloth 2 towels for 2 people"

"When our initial room didn't have much of a window, the staff was very helpful and quickly switched us to an available room with a balcony for a nominal fee. The place has a cool retro beach-motel vibe, which some may enjoy more than others but we liked. Despite the meh weather, the attached pub was pretty lively for dinner with a nice outside seating area and I'm sure that during the summer the whole place and attached small beach are very lively. We enjoyed our one-night stay and may return...

"Although the hotel is a bit outdated, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was. The rooms and common areas were well maintained and comfortable. What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone was wonderful, especially the front desk check in team. They were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again because of the cleanliness and excellent service."
