"Lovely lobby, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, GREAT gym, cold plunge, sauna...amazing buffet breakfast, concierge was so helpful. The decor in rooms is very out dated and old but other than this - the hotel was great. I did not give it 5-stars for the old/outdated rooms but otherwise, excellent. It is also right next door to the Futian Train station which can take you to Hong Kong and elsewhere."

Very reasonably priced.
Cons - none really."
"We absolutely loved our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. Everything about the hotel felt carefully designed and beautifully put together, and the service was polished and professional throughout our stay. The front desk manager Jacky Zhang was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our room preferences and requests. Since Shenzhen was our last city in China before departing, his attention made our stay feel particularly special. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and had a fantastic view, and we truly appreciated the care that went into making sure our accommodations met everything on our wish list. The excellent service continued through our departure. We were running short on time and it was raining, and the young gentleman stationed at the guest drop-off area actually went out into the rain to hail a taxi for us. We really appreciated that extra effort.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the dining room itself was beautiful and made breakfast feel like an experience rather than simply another hotel meal. From the design and comfort of the rooms to the professionalism of the staff and attention to detail, everything felt very well executed. We stayed at many wonderful hotels during our trip through China, but the Four Seasons Shenzhen was the nicest hotel of our entire trip. We left with very fond memories of our stay, and this experience will definitely make us consider Four Seasons hotels for our future travels. We would absolutely"
"The lobby of the hotel is beautiful but no chair for you to sit and wait for your ride to arrive. All the chairs are inside the bar or coffee shop which you need to buy food. The sound proofing of the room is also bad, I could hear very clearly of people talking outside my room. The location of the hotel is good and near train station with good choice of food nearby."
