"Elevators were not working and have not been repaired for some time. It was painful for my disabled husband to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. I understand it will be changing hands soon. It is a beautiful property. The elevators were the only downside. "

The refrigerator was room temp at best, so we couldn't put anything in it, Noisy AC unit, and the window glass must be single pane glass because we heard people and doors slamming outside all night long.
