Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean except the bottom of the tub looked stained. The drawer at the desk had trash left in it. The refrigerator was room temp at best, so we couldn't put anything in it, Noisy AC unit, and the window glass must be single pane glass because we heard people and doors slamming outside all night long.

So

Prices were what initially grabbed my attention being beyond affordable... So the amazing front desk staff and how nice & hospitable tht front lobby was as well as having rather nice rooms and a very well kept parking lot and overall lovely property visually... All of that was enough to have me totally sold on the Mansfield, LA Super 8 for all future stays in that area!!... And I am willing to back up every bit of this review I'm typing out because I'm booking another stay with them as soon as I submit this review!

Staff was very nice! Traveling by myself with two small children, I felt safe in the environment. Could use a deep clean. Shower curtain was moldy and torn. Wash towels were stained. One of our pillow cases had, what looked like, a small blood stain.

The staff at the hotel were not available to answer the phone for several days and nor returned calls to answer any questions about our stay. Breakfast was to be served at 6, we arrived at 6:17 and the doors were locked and no one to assist with questions. Nothing was ready for breakfast when we returned at 7:30. There was no spoons for cereal and no butter for the waffles and the coffee was horrible. The staff people seemed very nice. The towels are super thin so bring your own towels to dry off after a bath. The room was ver nice.

I paid for a room with a kitchen just for the stove not to work, they told me they couldn’t accommodate me and that it was nothing they could do about it, I wasted money on food to cook for me and my children and also had to turn around and buy pizza. The room had a lot of dead bugs in it and the tub was dirty, towels had been washed but they wasn’t clean so I had to buy my own towels to wash up with. Yea I definitely wouldn’t recommend no one staying there
