In response to the bedroom windows, unfortunately given the age of the hotel, the windows are only able to open so far due to health and safety. We do appreciate that this can be an inconvenience during the summer months however we are currently evaluating ways to combat this issue! Unfortunately due to the age of the building a lift would not be possible to have fitted however I can understand this may be an inconvenience. In regards to the heating, the rooms are supplied with a manually operated thermostat where you may change the heating to your desired temperature.
