The staff, service and equipment are great! The room was clean and enough space. The kitchen was useful and compact. It has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, electric range and toaster! I could have beautiful meal with cooking.

Arrived via taxi from the train station and the location of the hotel is very central. The room was great and spacious, and the kitchenette was useful. They supply a little pod for laundry (if needed) and the desk staff were very helpful and friendly. It is close to a supermarket (just a few doors down) and close to a lot of great restaurants. The pool was small, but refreshing, and the view from the rooftop was nice! I would stay here again!

Great apartment in Seville. Close to many restaurants and walking amenities. The only downfall for us was parking which was about 20 min walk away, it wouldn't deter us from staying again though.

The hotel isn't very central but all main attractions can be reached easily by bus. Staff were helpful and friendly. The building and room were very well maintained. We only had 2 problems: our room had curtains not blinds (persianas), so the sunlight wasn't properly blocked; we stayed for 4 nights and our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. The swimming pool is tiny but I'm glad there was one!

We were greeted by lively staff who held our luggage and then delivered it to our room as we arrived prior to check in time. They assisted with arranging a taxi to airport upon departure. VERY clean everywhere and well furnished kitchen. Highly recommend this location!

A great location for a visit to Seville.

About a 20 minute walk from the city centre attractions, but with all that you need on the doorstep, the accommodation was first class. Clear and accurate communication from the outset, with friendly staff on site during business hours. This was our first visit to Seville and we will definitely be back.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Sercotel Suites in Seville. The location was fantastic—centrally situated with easy access to the city’s attractions, and the cleanliness throughout the property was truly impressive. Service from the staff was attentive and professional, contributing greatly to the overall experience. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which was spacious and enjoyable to relax in. A balcony would have been a welcome addition, especially in the heat, and fresh towels every couple of days would have made things a little more comfortable. There were minor frustrations with the television setup and the air conditioning controls, which could be more user-friendly—but these didn’t overshadow the positive aspects of the stay. All in all, we would definitely recommend the suites to others and look forward to returning!

It is perfectly located, near non-touristy areas that are quiet and cheap but also near the town centre - 15 min walk. Lovely amenities, very comfy bed. Room nicely sized and has everything you would need. Would only suggest longer staff hours which would be slightly more convenient!

Spacious Suite, Amazing Location

This place is brilliantly located at the heart of Seville, but not in the bustling touristic center. It's right near Alameda de Hércules, with lots of restaurants and shopping, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's located near the beautiful river, and about 20-min walking from the city center. The facility is awesome, with huge suites and with great service. Note that they don't have house-keeping, so keeping your room clean and organized is on you.

Great location. Good quality wifi. Pool is small and cold but worth having. Room quality high but the shower was on the small side. The hotel does NOT have a late check out option.

Good spot in the old town

Pros - Very good location in the old town at a short walk from shops, restaurants and public transportation. - Room is big enough with all necessary kitchenware. Very comfortable and with 2 TVs. - The access code to the building and the room is a good option not to have keys - A laundry room with 4 washing machines and a cleaning kit containing washing tabs. - Good view of Seville from the roof top with chairs, tables and sunbeds to chill. Cons - On-street parking can be hard but once you find a spot, you can just leave the car there; this is what we did and then used public transportation - There’s no broom in the room and since there’s no daily housekeeping, we had to borrow the broom from the cleaning lady to tidy up during our stay - Swimming pool is very small but good enough to refresh after a day of excursion under the sun. It wasn’t advertised when we booked but it did not bother us. Overall we would come back again

Great value for money. Reception is not 24/7, so make the arrangements with them in case of late check in. Rooms are clean and has everything you need. Location is great- many good restaurants are just a few meters away. You van walk into main city centre quite easily. Parking on the street is difficult but not impossible.

The hotel was great in terms of facilities and cleanliness. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred at least one housekeeping visit during our 4-night stay and some fresh towels/linen. We were provided with on request but had to make the bed ourselves! Nevertheless I would recommend this apartment.

Our room was overall nice, it's good to take the amenities like a microwave and stove even if we didn't use it. The bathroom was nice and clean as well as the bedroom. You'll receive a code to enter your room instead of a card. The "pool" is literally a hole the size of a living room carpet and the are is absolutely shameful in condition, a joke really. The biggest problem we had was that at 10:45pm we heard the lock beeping and eventually completely opening, then two other guests tried to get in until I called out from our bedroom. This is very unnerving because they either double booked our room OR the code was duplicated or could be used in any door. We tried calling the emergency line and no answer, regular line, no answer and of course there's nobody at reception. When we checked out, I told the front desk person and he could literally not care less... No sorry no nothing, just a "oh we'll investigate" which of course means they won't do anything. The room has no safety deposit box and that morning I had decided to leave our passports and car keys there and my husband said "are you sure?" And I told him that nobody should be entering our room because you need a code... How wrong was I. Parking is inexistent in the area, if you have a car, find another hotel or area. We were told to go to a car park across the river that's cheaper but you have to walk through a horrible desolate area that has been let go in condition. It puts a damper on the view if town.

We arrived and had no issues checking in with the self service checkin machine. On arrival to our room there were alot of wear and tear to the apartment and staining on the floors, mat and kitchen chairs. I sent them immediately to the WhatsApp number just to confirm that it was not my family who had caused the dirt and damage, we never received a reply. The apartment was just okay, it could of been amazing if a little effort and maintenance had been applied. I have never stayed at this type of accommodation without any form of cleaning materials being provided, such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets ect but there was a shop a few doors down so this did not cause any issues for me. The only day we seen anyone in reception was the morning of checkout and that was it. Pool area is also nice and relaxing but pool was dirty with bird poop and feathers so we chose not to use it but we did relax on the sun loungers. Shame as this apartment was located in a lovely area and very close to transport links. If I were returning to Seville I would choose somewhere else due to the general cleanliness of the apartment.
