Beautifully and tastefully appointed hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and a good location in Triana. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel in general is very nice. Great location across the river, easy walk into the city. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, that aren't in the main tourist areas as well. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel room we were allocated was like a dungeon, tiny window that looked onto a brick wall - very disappointing. The floor in the room was very slippy and difficult to navigate. For such a good quality hotel, the toilet roll was cheap and horrid. The front desk team were unhelpful, grumpy and we felt an inconvenience. Our key card stopped working twice, which was a pain especially on arrival as you would think this would have been the one time they'd get it right. There was a lack of apology on both occasions, and again we were made to feel like it was our fault without any kind of empathy or apology.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended some amazing restaurants. The food and cocktails at the hotel are also incredible! The hotel is an easy, beautiful walk over the bridge, across the river to all the must see spots and just around the corner from a really delicious Empanada shop! Beautiful hotel

Highly recommended

Lovely hotel, very close to the main tourist area but far enough away to be quiet. Large and comfortable rooms, great blackout blinds. Lovely lighting and you can connect your music to a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Lovely rooftop pool and bar area. The beds were a bit hard for my liking. We were able to walk everywhere. Close to restaurants and sights.

Great location in Triana, easy to access the city. Rooms clean and functional. Main areas of the hotel have a much more upscale feel. Staff although helpful, were at times abrupt. (Pool area and reception.) A smile goes a long way! Breakfast was excellent. Pool area is a lovely, an excellent facility to have. Overall a great stay.

The swimming pool was closed until may 31. Since this is a major plus that the hotel advertises with, I would have appreciated a banner over the picture with ‘closed October - May. Then I would have booked a different hotel. Otherwise clean rooms, most rooms don’t have a view but view the opposite hotel room. Nice rooftop bar, but only open from 15:00 onwards.
