"Para un hotel tan caro y no tener desayuno gratis la picsina super apestosa a clorox q parecia esta muy sucia (agua color verde) la puerta d mi habitacion la cerradura no servia ya q cuando salia dl cuarto si yo no la ajustaba no cerraba y cualquier persona podia tener ingreso a mi cuarto la nevera no enfria mucho y a media noche x los pasillos niñas adolecentes corriendo haciendo mucho ruido d risas y gritos fue una noche pesima. ⭐️⭐️"

"Pool was very clean, bigger than most indoor hotel poold and had warm water. The staff were all extremely nice snd helpful. They had welcome bags with snacks at the front desk which my daughter loved. They responded immediately to issues and requests. The only downside was some items were in disrepair, like lamps or mini fridge, but they addressed it right away "

"I'll try to make this short.. the place is filthy!! The bathroom had dirt and hair everywhere. The shower curtain had what looked like a streak of human feces on it! I couldn't shower without the bathroom flooding, the mattress was dirty, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, and miss were running up and down the halls non stop! My husband and I had to leave early because we couldn't stand it anymore! To top it all off I unpacked my suitcase and a cockroach fell out! I am absolutely disgusted!!"
