"Hotel was under construction and we were not aware until we arrived at the hotel. We were originally checked into the wrong room and had to have that corrected. Staff tried to say we only requested a single room not the deluxe single which was an upgraded room. It was also very loud and could hear lots of noise from surrounding rooms at all hours. The noise was everything from opening doors to running showers."

"It’s as close to a motel 6 vibe as you can get. Stains, cobwebs, dirt, bugs you name it. They only clean every 3 days and don’t do anything other then wipe down the counter "

"It was just a place to sleep. Nothing special , nothing great. If I ever go back to Hershey, I will look for another place."

"The resort and room were very clean. Checking in and checking out was seamless. The pool was nice and overall property amenities were great. The area is perfect as there are many dinning and shopping options around the resort. A gas station feet’s away from the resort. Overall great and convenient stay. "

"Great location. Everything we needed was easily walkable so, great bonus to just park the car and enjoy the town. The only suggestion I have is that the breakfast buffet (not included in price of stay) could have been more robust in the offerings and the stocking of items. We ended up eating out for breakfast after day 1 but, would have much preferred to eat on site."
