"Remember when you flew commercial and persuaded the captain to shorten the flight delay to satisfy the narrow 4-hour check-in window of your guest house? No? Me neither. I communicated and updated regularly with the property but with 2 hours of flight delay, I couldn't do better than arrive 10 minutes late. They inisisted on charging me almost the full amount for an extra night. They claimed, falsely, this was listed here on Expedia...it is/was not. After being so rigid, I thought perhaps they...

"Overall my stay was pretty good. There were a few things I was not all too pleased with, but to be fair, it had more to do with the building than the room itself. Other things were beyond anyone's control. The host was very communicative and informative; the young lady that met me to give me the key was also very pleasant and informative. The Wi-Fi and location were great! The room was clean and the people I communicated with were also great. Thank you!"

"Ok, so...the property needs up-dating, a little wear and tear, the kitchen needs to be better equipped and the curtains don't quite fit. But, it was clean, comfortable enough, really secure, I mean, there are four locked doors, therefore four keys to enter apartment. The locality/neighbourhood is real Madrid, ie. not touristy. Metro is minutes away. Any staff you do meet are friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi works."
