"8/14-16 were great in #208. 8/16-17 in 104 and 103 were pretty bad. Awkward, cramped layout in king room; 104 had a gross shower with standing water and a noisy fridge we had to unplug to get any sleep. Helpful staff moved us to 104 with no pushback … tried their best but all there was was 103 instead. ..."
