The airport limousine bus provided convenient transportation to the hotel. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I will definitely stay here again.

Very organized. You're emailed all the information including the room code the morning before you check in. There is also a code for storage so you can store your luggage before or after check-in. Rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. There was a washing machine with detergent included. I was very impressed during my stay.

I booked this hotel twice during my trip to Seoul. Both times, I had a bit of a fight with the Wecostay Gangnam representative because I was booked a smaller room than the one I had booked. The representative wanted to contact the hotels.com website, but I couldn't because I was in Korea. I felt bad. Not once, but twice in a row. I hope that the partners communicate clearly so that consumers are not harmed.

Nice comfortable modern property

Nice modern property. Very comfortable. Clean property. Had washer but no dryer. Would be better if there was a dryer & iron in the room. Near a subway station but a bit of a ride on the subway to sightseeing areas, at least 30 minutes. As long as you have the time and subway pass that gives you unlimited rides, it’s a good trade off to stay in this nicer place for this price point as compared to Hong Dae but it’s definitely less convenient because it’s not as central and if you don’t have time, it’s best to stay in a more central area. Office hours is 10-6 or 7pm which is a small issue for us to speak to someone because we’re usually out before 10am and not back until after 10pm. Staff was helpful & friendly the couple of times I had interaction with them like when we checked-in and the next day. We enjoyed this property and would recommend it if you are okay with traveling at least 30 minutes on the subway to sightseeing areas. The place is exactly how it looks from website photos.

Der Check-in mit QR Code ging sehr schnell. Unsere Wohnung war schön, sauber, vor allem viel Platz für unsere Sachen und Koffer. Der begehbare Kleiderschrank war super. Aussicht hatten wir leider keine, nur auf eine Häuserwand und ein paar Fenster eines anderen Hauses. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr hellhörig. In der Wohnung hörten wir ab und zu Wasserrauschen und andere Gäste trampeln oder Möbel verrücken. Aber wir hatten auch viel Ruhe. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar Restaurants und kleine Lebensmittel-Geschäfte. Wir waren sehr zufrieden in Wecostay

Clean, close to subway station, grocery store nearby, area around isn't the best but seems safe, noisy during day time from around 7am because of the construction across the street. Overall, good. I would stay at WECOSTAY Gangnam again.
