"Their breakfast is amazing. Though, location is far from everything but safety is top tier. Very clean and rooftop pool is gorgeous. It gets very loud so I hope the facility will implement curfew for it’s guests so other people don’t get bothered."

"This is a 3 star hotel, not the 4. Hallway cleanliness was below 4 star expectations. Our shower had black mold in the grout. Mold was also where we had to hang the towels on the hooks on the wall. Breakfast was ok, too many breads that taste the same, eggs were below average. Only fruit and yogurt saved breakfast. Pool - grout had mold, so I did not even swim. Beds we comfortable and clean sheets we changed daily. That was good. Location is good, beach is close."

"The staff were unhelpful and definitely not a place to stay if you are an english speaking tourist. At times, they will not be able to help any requests and will speak about you to eachother in front of you. If asked for help, staff will leave to “fix the issue” and disappear for 10 minutes despite telling you it’ll be a few minutes. Upon retuning, they’ll greet coworkers, go behind the counter and “work” on stuff until approached again regarding request. Definitely needs better staff but otherwise, good and growing location, close enough to attractions. Generic requests are well received and most times, staff was great and helpful, just something to be weary about for anyone coming in with poor portuguese."

"Room was beautiful and has an insane view of the city. Beach was right next to the hotel; and the outdoor pool was literally the best I've seen anywhere. Breakfast buffet is to die for as well. I can strong recommend it to anyone visiting Rio."

"The location is great. We had an early morning flight.Our room was large and quiet. But with no windows, it felt like a concrete bunker.The air conditioner was noisy and the temperature control was difficult to use, so we turned it off overnight. The breakfast buffet was good and the transfer to and from terminal 2 was easy. The restaurant staff were goid. The reception staff were not friendly at all. Not one smile It feels like they are not doing much until the new owners take over"

"This was a nice hotel and worth the price. However, the rooms were relatively simple and the television offered little options for international travelers. The morning breakfast buffet was a little overpriced in our opinion. The staff were all very nice and pleasant."
