"The "easy" in their name means easy for them, difficult for you. No phone in the room, so if you need something you had to go down to the front desk. Cleaning only once every 4 days. The AC would turn off every hour during the day and there wasn't a window to open. So, if you left the room at 8:30a and returned at 4p, the room would be hot and stuffy on warm days. "Very conveniently located in a quiet area and within easy walking distance to the green belt and the the ‘old town’ area, Russafa, the modern arts and sciences museum area, etc. The room was quite comfortable with a small balcony, the kitchen was pretty well equipped - notably with a little packet that included cleaning supplies and little bottles of olive oil that my husband the cook very much appreciated! Staff was super friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. Highly recommend!"

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, große Auswahl von hoher Qualität. Leider kam es am letzten Tag zu einer längeren Wartezeit (20 Minuten) beim Frühstück, da die Tische im Außenbereich begrenzt sind."

"It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."
