"Other than the room being VERY hot when my partner and I entered, it was very clean, and the bed was great! It took a while for the room to cool down, but when it did, man, it felt great!"
"The room was clean and spacious, included a microwave, iron, and fridge. Room service was every day , they did such a great job. A gas station and a small grocery store right around the corner wich is very convenient if you need some water or snacks. Also, there is a swimming pool 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and amazing view. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at Las Posadas! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All of the staff were so kind! At first it felt a bit removed from everything in Sedona but it ended up being just far enough from the center of town to relax and unwind after long days of hiking. "Great location that is walkable from the door to some beautiful trails. The accommodation is nice but some minor issues with broken door handle, the shower water not going far enough away from the wall, old/unloved outdoor furniture and nowhere to put your bags. "
"While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it."

"Super spacious room in a beautiful property. You have all tge amenities you may need for your stay. Direct access to a small grass area in front of the room (perfect for our dog). Views of a golf course and the red rocks in the background. "

"Could not have asked for much more with this property. The unit was beautiful, well taken care of, and easy to access (though a map somewhere would have been helpful). The shared, but spacious patio was a great benefit, as was the common area with well stocked kitchen and lounge area. The location was also great - road traffic was minimal so it felt secluded and natural, while being literally 2 minutes from the center of Oak Creek. Would/will definitely stay again!"
"It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room "
"I felt the marketing was misleading. It was unclear that there were shared areas. You are only paying for a bedroom with barroom.
Some of the rooms don’t have a patio. The kitchen and dining are shared. The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were uncomfortable.
That being said the room was lovely, bathroom was gorgeous and the location is great. It was peaceful and quiet. Shower was super hot which was nice.
You need to replace the hairdryer.. it didn’t get hot and it took so long to dry...

"The property management company is terrible. They send me a rental agreement to sign 3 times. It was the exact same rental agreement. They quoted me 3 different pet fees but charged me a completely different price than the first 3 prices they emailed me. They require a damage deposit through SuperHog which is not stated in the listing and that was twice the price I paid for a short 2 night stay. Then they kept saying they sent me check-in instructions even though they hadn’t. All my grievances...

"Beautiful view at a great spot with a view of Bell mountain and steps from many interconnecting trails. Ideal site. Condo was clean yet had several issues - ie. one shower didn’t work, microwave screeched, some repairs needed. "
