"Paper thin walls but great bed and staff was great as well"

"We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! "

"I am very disappointed in the breakfast. We had the most expensive room for two nights only to wake up to rock hard biscuits and scones. My thought is they just leave them in the warmer overnight or even for days. Awful breakfast. No eggs. No meats. Very nice suite and staff was friendly. People stomped around above us waking us up. Had a staff member knock on our door with the do not disturb tag on the door. Pool was dirty and salty. We expected more for the premium price."

"This property is clean with a friendly and helpful staff. It's only a 5 to 10-minute walk to the beach. It's situated just off the main street where all the restaurants and shops are located. The room has a microwave and a small fridge; we had plenty of space for our snacks and drinks. I would stay here again for the money we paid. :)"

"My family and I came here for Mothers Day weekend and we had an incredible experience! Shout out to the staff as they were so friendly and helpful! The warm cookies that they kept for guests in the lobby were definitely a highlight as well. Highly recommend! "

"It's a nice property right in the middle of the tourist section of Seaside. Park the car, check in, and walk to the beach plus many good stores, restaurants, bars. It's annoying that it was almost twice as expensive as last year at this time. As with any hotel, the morning coffee is meh at best, from here it's worth the block walk to bagels by the sea for coffee (I am in no way affiliated with bagels by the sea)."

"Beautiful and ideal location. Eateries and cafes for breakfast are walking distance from the inn which makes it very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The view of the ocean from the room was the cherry on the cake."

"This a beautiful small no frills ocean hotel. The area is quiet and peaceful and the housekeeping staff are very kind and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no office on site."

"This is a lovely B&B! My room was very nice and comfortable. The only downside was that it was close to the downspout and it was very noisy when it rained. It was otherwise very quiet. The location is great , it’s about 1/2 block to the beach. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and viewpoints for the sunsets."

"This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message."

"Bad customer service from the higher ups, they downgraded us after finding out there is a leak in our room going to the room beneath, and they still wanted to charge me more than the full price I would’ve payed for that new room if I had booked it a month ago. Once I said I didn’t want to pay full price, they started threatening me and my partner that our things would be thrown out if we don’t pay and that we would have to vacate.
