Don’t expect anything glamorous but it’s perfectly acceptable room wise and who cares when it’s such a fantastic place , the owners a nice guy and helpful , breckfast is good , the sea is clear and full of fish .. loved it … only complaint is the sand is so fine and white it gets everywhere !

Beautiful property, wonderful views and amazing staff. Every one was kind and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices with the selections changing daily. Our favorites were the fruit and traditional Thai food. Can't wait until my next visit!

Koh Lipe is paradise

Nice service. There seemed to be plumbing issues but they were sorted out. TV only had Thai channels. Got a couple relaxing massages on the beach

The most special thing about the Kathalee is its position. Without doubt the best beach on the island. A little paradise away from all the long tail boats. They offer free snorkelling gear and kayaks which is great. They also provide a free shuttle service to walking street between 6:30 to 7:30 pm each night. We then got a motorcycle cab back which cost 50 baht per person which is great fun if a little hairy !!! The views are lovely from the room (we had deluxe sea view) and it provides everything you need (A/C, shower and nice bed). The rooms are practical not luxurious but great for what you need on a Thai beach holiday. Staff are all lovely and breakfast was good - fresh fruit, yogurt, toast and jam etc with freshly cooked omelettes/eggs. All the staff were lovely. Koh Lipe is truly a special place and the Kathalee is a great place to spend your holiday

For family with children, note that the water current just beyond the rocks are very strong, especially around afternoon. I was holding on to the life ropes for my life, fear of being swept away. Beach full of long tail boats, difficult to swim.

Good room..beach.. Epic mozzies

Book in with family. Love how close the beach was to our room. Room is good. Ask for extra bed and got a mattress on the floor. Didn't use it as the sofa doubles up as a bed for the night. Mozzies were epic. Son was bitten even though we sprayed him with repellent. Something to think about for future stays there. Overall happy with our stay.Already looking to book for our next stay.

Great location, provides snorkelling equipment and kayaks free of charge, only got tea and coffee facilities twice in our 7 night stay, internet very poor every day, breakfast very limited, orange juice and milk not in cold containers, hot food not in hot containers.

Gammelt og slidt, træger til renovering

Hotellet er virkelig slidt, der kravler små dyr i hele værelset, alt er meget slidt og gammelt. Aircon larmer rigtig meget. Sengen er sten hård. Morgenmaden er ubemærket. Beliggenheden er perfekt og fåes ikke bedre, så det var et kæmpe plus

Fantastisk läge men slitet hotell

Läget är ett av det bästa på Koh Lipe. Fantastisk utsikt och strand. Hotellet är slitet, badrummet under all kritik, toalettstolen trasig även handfatet. Hål i påslakanet, inga sänglampor eller sängbord.

Хороший отель, очень приветливый персонал. Номера не идеальные, но вполне можно жить, общее впечатление они не портят. Отличный пляж!!! Райское местечко. Место очень подходит для любителей поплавать с маской.

Расположение отеля выигрывает за счет близости к рифу и красивому пляжу рядом, у более дорогого отеля. Номера обычные, чистые, с видом на море ( у нас частично закрывали крыши нижних этажей и деревья). Кухню не оценили, т.к. питаплись в живописном ресторяне над пляжем в соседней бухточке. Завтрак не запомнился. Но запомнилась неприветливая администратор на рецепшине.

Hotel is located in a beautiful and private location. Rooms were large and spacious and bed was very comfortable. We were a bit disappointed in the limited breakfast options and found it to be lacking considering the higher price point we were paying but overall the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。声をかけやすく、笑顔で対応してくれます！表現がいいかわかりませんが実家に帰った時に親戚がたくさんいるようなフレンドリーさです。ホテル自体が静かなところにあるので、ウォーキングストリートにいくには、やや不便です。私の部屋だけかもしれませんが、wi-fiは...あまり繋がりません。テレビは全くつきません。全体的に考えるとコスパは？？？な印象です。
