The staff was more than helpful to heat your food. On first night there staff ordered food for me, went above and beyond to accommodate my hunger :-)"

"First, the hotel was dishonest. The hotel put an information in Expedia application that the hotel is near Srinakarinwirot University only 12.5 kilos which is not!!!!!!!! Second, first room that I've got was dusty, the toilet was unclean and there're small cockroaches running around at night!! The air-conditioner was loud and making noise so I called the reception she told me to stand for it until tomorrow morning because there's nothing she can do. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"This resort is pretty spartan. The rooms are basic and minimalistic. They provide tissues, but there is literally no toilet paper roll in the bathroom. The breakfast was provided in the morning on a covered plate, but could be cold if you wake up after they place it outside your room. There are great dining and shopping options very close to the hotel. There is literally a 7-11 next door to the hotel. Very convenient. If you are just looking for a place to rest for the night, it is a good place....
