This is the second year we stayed at Union Gables, and we would stay there again happily. The people that run it are pleasant and happy, always with a smile on their faces. It is a beautiful old Victorian House about a 12 minute walk from the track. They have a lovely pool, and the grounds are stunning.
Rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Chad in particular went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.
Great location. Nice walk into the downtown area. Wonderful experience.
Beautiful old home repurposed as a Bed & Breakfast. Quiet and low-key, very comfortable. Really enjoyed the "Linda" room with fireplace. Naomi was the perfect inn-keeper. Great location with easy walking/driving distance to shopping and sites. This is what a good B&B should be.

This is the place to stay in Saratoga anytime of the year! None better.
We had a short but great stay at the Union Gables. The people could not have been nicer, and it's incredibly convenient to both the track and the town!
It was a great stay overall. The staff was extra accommodating and the property beautiful. Some showers need a little work, or at least ours was very small, but other than that, i would consider it a 10/10.
Lovely piece of property, well kept. Be advised that you may be on the 3rd floor which is 39 steps above the lobby. Owner says that info was available at time of reservation but I do not recall seeing it. Steps were ok for me but my wife had a little difficulty.
Beautiful grand Victorian porch. A great pool area. Room clean and spacious. Beautiful Inn. Staff very helpful. Morning breakfast was delicious. Many places to sit and relax throughout the property after shopping or sight seeing.
Union Gables is in a beautiful house, clean, friendly and a great place to stay in Saratoga Springs. Well located near a park and restaurants and yet quiet and tranquil. Breakfast was covid limited and more than ample.
The stay was horrible. We paid $275 per night and there were NO amenities - not even fresh coffee in the morning. I asked for additional K-cups for the coffee machine in our room. They left them outside my door on the floor - no bag, no napkin, no plate - just right on the dirty floor. No one was ever on sight to help. Had to text if we needed something and then someone would "come to the property". Felt ripped off after paying so much.
Very Welcoming Staff, Beautiful Grounds and Bikes! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. If you are looking for ultra modern amenities, this is not the place for you, but if you appreciate charm and history, stay here ASAP.
