Stayed here for 4 nights and found this hotel to be very pleasant. Room was large (for Japanese standards) and location was close to the subway, Lawson, and the Susinko area. And just around the corner was the airport limousine bus pickup spot. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Hotel JAL City was much better than I had been expecting. Rooms were much bigger and the quality of the interior was so nice. I was expecting a Japanese business hotel type experience, but it was so much better than that. The hotel spa is small, but a very nice experience and the breakfast buffet is excellent. It's as good, if not better than hotels in Sapporo that charge quite a bit more.

따뜻하고 편하게 잘 지냈습니다.

따뜻하고 편안한 숙박. 방이 비좁은 편이긴 했지만 깨끗하고 편한 숙박이었습니다. 조식이 아주 맛있고 정성스럽습니다. 주차도 편합니다. 대욕장 이용 방식이 불편하다는 말도 있는데, 다른 호텔의 대욕장도 타월을 가져가야 합니다. 그게 일본식인 것 같습니다. 대욕장도 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

立地よかったです。

家族旅行で2泊3日滞在させていただきました。チェックインより１時間ほど早く到着してしまったのですが、部屋の清掃が終わっているとのことで早目に休ませてもらえました。 子供達が飛行機で疲れていたので助かりました。 コンビニもすぐ、すすきのまでも歩ける距離、空港から直行便バスでホテルすぐそばで降りられます。

I stayed at JAL City Sapporo Nakajima Park for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is just a short walk from Nakajima Koen Station, making it very convenient, yet the area is quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were polite and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out. The room amenities were decent, especially the complete skincare set which included cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and moisturizer. The public bath was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had just the right variety—not overwhelming, but enough to feel satisfying. On the day I stayed, they offered a mild-flavored venison (Ezo deer) curry and a ramen tasting corner featuring different styles from around Hokkaido, which made for a unique and enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Sapporo.

The JAL Sapporo hotel really exceeded our expectations. The hotel appears newly renovated and is in very clean and modern condition, including our room, the onsen and the breakfast area. The interconnecting room was a huge plus for our family of 5 ( one child ended up taking the sofa. The staff was able to provide blankets but not sheets). What reallly impressed us was when one of our daughters lost her glasses which we thought were left in a plastic bag and taken out as trash by the cleaning staff. The receptionist actually took her time to go through our trash. In the end, one of her colleagues had already found them from the onsen. The level of responsibility and integrity from the hotel staff was very commendable. We will for sure stay here again in the future.

This place is clean and tidy but not in the middle of city area so you need to walk and get the train to get the city area. I came from Niseco ski resort… bus didn’t drop us at hotel.. bus stop at hotel which they already organised spot. This is very important because travellers carry heavy bag. Otherwise you need to carry all the bags to the your hotel.
