"Not great. Sidewalks were torn up with construction, elevator kept breaking, small pool located next to dining area is a little awkward and loud (if you want a lounge chair you should put your towel out early), just ok buffet."

"The rooms are well equipped but bland (we had friends staying at other Sanur Hotels and blandness seems to be the norm). We did not see a USB point which would have been useful. They supply bottled water, look for the bottle opener fixed to a wall or sink in the bathroom. Some guests obviously had not found the bottle opener and there were gouges in the woodwork where they had tried to prise off the cap. The beds are very comfy and there was plenty of storage for a long stay. There was a small...

"Staff were very helpful.
Room 204 had no ligh in the bathroom and the light switches were hidden on wall near the tv not near the door so wry hard to find. Room 206 had no bedside tables and shower flooded as drainage was poor.
I think coffee/tea should be provided in the room. I would not recommend staying there unless a few things were upgraded."

"I had a good stay at this hotel. There was a kitchen as a part of my hotel room: one stove, one refrigerator and a cooler with hot/cold water so I could cook myself. There is a supermarket not so far away from the hotel (by car). I also liked vegetation by the room entrance. It was pleasant to hear the sound of rain under partially open roof early in the morning. I had a very good service, especially two hotel representatives Diah and Putri were very nice and helpful. I also enjoyed one hour...
