"The internal design is special. The staff was always helpful. There is no tv, microwave, coffee machine, or.mini fridge inside the room; there are some for community use. The shuttle to the airport is very expensive, you can use Uber or bolt instead. The location was also nice, we mostly used bolt since we are a family of four. There is a great gelato place and Copenhagen Coffee Lab within walking distance."

"VERY small room. It was indicated room size of 20 sqm-never ever. If you move within the room, the second person has to move as well-unless the person is in bed :-). Bathroom even smaller and not in an appropriate condition. This was communicated as well as other issues. Same answer (always quick I have to say): we will inform our maintenance team. But this team never showed up. Manager was kind, Nice area around the hotel. But still we will not get there again."

"Property is okay but not worth the price. When we arrived, it was pretty obvious the property hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were crumbs in the kitchen and the bedside tables where full or hair and dust. Everything was pretty run down, not like the photos. In the double bedroom, the blind was completely broken which meant that the sun filled the room at 5am and we couldn’t sleep at all. We messaged the host about these issues and received no response! Save your money and book elsewhere."

"Unusual but very cute hotel with everything I needed to be comfortable for an overnight visit. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff was very helpful and friendly."

"There is a very narrow staircase to second floor that was hard to take baggage up. Constant noise from within apparently and outside, every time you open Faust a loud noise appears, bed. Wry uncomfortable and not enough space on the second floor to even stand, you need to crawl to the bed extremely hot and when leave window open mosquitoes had party on my body. Both nights I did not sleep at all. One good thing was Santos station was walking distance to take to beaches. Oh another thing...

"Lejligheden var perfekt. God plads, dejlig seng og ikke mindst en hyggelig stue. Jeg kunne dog godt have ønsket mig, at der var lidt rengøringsmidler når man skal bo der i 6 dage. Der var også kun 1 bade håndklæde pr person. Der var ingen personlig service og dermed ingen fleksibilitet. Underboen røg, hvilket kunne lugtes i vores soveværelse. Dog hurtig og upersonlig svar på whatsapp "

"On nous a "annulé" le séjour via whatsapp 2 jours avant le départ sans annulation officielle de la part de hôtel.com. et donc sans preuve de remboursement. L'hébergement étant injoignable.
On a du réserver et donc payer un autre hébergement en dernière minute qui nous a coûté beaucoup plus cher.
Suite à des longues discussions avec Hôtel.com on nous a accordé un remboursement une fois le séjour passé.
J'ai même cru à une arnaque ... A FUIR !!! "

"The apartment is very nice and overall provided a pleasant stay. It would benefit from a few minor maintenance improvements, such as repairing the window handles and replacing or fixing the washing machine.
The location is excellent: situated in a quieter neighborhood than Alfama, yet still very close to it. Public transportation is easily accessible, with bus and tram stops within walking distance.
Communication with the host was the only issue I encountered. The instructions were sent...

"Because we just needy a place to rest before our come room fly. I decided to stay there but once we entered the room, a very terrible smell was noticed. It made me and my daughter very sick. So please make sure they are going to do something about that."
