"It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

"Struttura incollinata con una bellissima vista sulla valle e su orvieto.
Perfetta posizione per visitare orvieto e i dintorni.
Colazione ottima e personale molto gentile."

"Camera adeguata ma bagno piccolo e scomodo.
Check in durato 15 minuti perché l’addetto faceva contemporaneamente il cameriere ai tavoli, quindi ci abbandonava temporaneamente senza neanche scusarsi.
Tra l’altro ha fatto la foto di tutti i documenti (cosa che secondo me non è legale).
Sicuramente rapporto prezzo qualità superiore ai servizi offerto"

"Appartement au centre d’un mini village pittoresque perdu dans la campagne.
Le feu de cheminée était très agréable au mois de Janvier!
La salle de bain dans l’appartement était vraiment décevant, une simple cabine de douche cheap et trop petite avec la peinture du mur qui s’écaille.
Les portes de cuisine étaient mal réglées et la poignée de la porte de l’appartement également.
Le personnel est très gentil cependant un service au restaurant qui n’est pas vraiment professionnel.

"Beautiful resort. Attentive Staff. Picturesque setting. Good Food. Overall - a great experience. The reason for 3 stars is they charged one couple in our group 80eu PER NIGHT for a pack and play (folding crib) for their infant. Most hotels provide this for free or 5-10Eu. For that price, they could provide a brand new one each night and let them take it home. That's our only complaint, otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "

"We loved everything about this property. The location was so close to everything on a quiet little street. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Italy. Luis went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Would 100% stay here again if we visit Orvieto in the future."
