"We drove from the airport. Did not know that GPS does not help in Old Town. Too often went the wrong way down one-way street and had to back out. Drove around and around trying to find the hotel. It’s down an alley with no sign on the little tiny street. Luckily, I inquired in advance about a parking lot. Without that name, we might still be driving around! Next time, don’t drive into Old Town. Let a local Uber get you there. … also, like other European small hotels, this one is on the third...

They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "Serena was a brilliant host - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a slight problem with a noisy fridge but which she resolved quickly. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor in an old lovely, characterful property. There is a small lift which is useful for taking up luggage. The room was spacious and cleaned regularly by helpful staff. Breakfast is brought to your room from a bar downstairs and consists of a choice of hot drink, cold drink and a savoury or sweet snack. "We were picked up at the airport by a wonderful driver, Alex, who offered ideas for places to eat and what to eat. We did as he suggested. Arianna, the host of the hotel, met us and showed us to our spacious, newly renovated room. Fortunately there’s an elevator to accommodate large bags.
