"We've spent a wonderful week in this charming family-run hotel in Barletta. The property is very suitably located, about 15 minutes walk from Barletta railway station and 10 minutes from the beautiful park and historical centre. Few beaches are within walking distance. Hotel itself is small but has all necessary amenities, including small lift that comes very handy when one arrives with big suitcases and the room is located on an upper floor. "Gräslig upplevelse. Det rum vi betalat för var iordningställt men andra gäster bodde där. Värdinnan ljög och hävdade att det var en vattenskada. Hon vägrade att överhuvudtaget hjälpa till under vår vistelse utan uppträdde arrogant genomgående. Vi gjorde vårt bästa för att kommunicera med henne men hon var rakt igenom otrevlig. Värdinnan talade inget annat språk än italienska så vi fick översätta allt digitalt (hon vägrade hela tiden göra motsvarande). Det rum vi fick hade avsevärda brister men...
