"My husband and I stayed at the Posada del Mar for 4 nights. It is a 7-10 minute walk from the ferry terminal, close to the supermarket and tonnes of restaurants, travel companies and shopping. "Beautiful view and very friendly staff. You do have to take a water taxi ($1 and operates 24/7) to the main part of downtown Santa Cruz but the view is worth it! Also it’s across from The Point by Midoro which as an amazing view and food. I would stay there again! "

"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning.
