"The property was well maintained. Only issue, which is crazy, the water pressure for the 3rd floor was so strong it was not comfortable."

"The room was clean and quiet. There is a daily parking charge which was a surprise for this level of a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing.I was at this hotel for five days and it never got better. I skipped the free breakfast on the last day and went across the street to the I Hop restaurant. I found the potatoe dish that was served to be especially bad. The buffet needs fresh fruit and not the sorry, bruised ,tiny apples that were in a bowl. Also one of the elevators was out...

"Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great! Room was nice. Great water pressure. The price was too much. I will shop longer next time."

"The property overall was decorated nicely, updated and well-maintained. The beds are very comfy and lots of towels and complimentary soap which smelled nice. The breakfast was pleasing - our kids absolutely loved it. The best part was the pool and hot tub - all well maintained. I honestly can’t say anything bad about- we had a really nice stay! The staff was also very helpful and nice."

"Broken elevator Has to carry all items down the stairs for 4 floors. Glad I packed light!"

"As you would expect this was an older g DJ opand"

"The room is clean, the bed is very comfy! Breakfast is basic. The staff were very nice and helpful! The girl in the front desk let us check in earlier, and checked out a little later due to my husband was having a fever. Really appreciate it! ❤️"

"Don’t even stay at this hotel worst Marriott ever. Spent over 1,000 nights on road and this was bottom of list. Marriott has sure gone down hill in quality by putting their name on this property."

"Great location, quiet area, walking distance to several restaurants. Our room was very clean, with a super comfortable bed. Was quiet in the hallways and outside. The breakfast was much more than expected and very good."

"Pretty marginal value for the cost of just over 500 for 2 nights. The location wasn't that great. The room was small and had a relatively small TV. It also had a small fridge, but no microwave. I found a microwave in the laundry a few doors down, but it was inconvenient. There was no coffee machine, and it was a total deal breaker for me. There was instant coffee and an electric kettle, but again, marginal The sheets were clean, but the bed wasn't great. The bathroom was clean, and the towels...

"Average facility, but the staff was unfriendly. Yelled at me for walking into eating area to get a fork, after hours. I told them that maybe they should lock the doors if plastic forks were that valuable. And be prepared if you get hurt while on their property, they will DO NOTHING to help you! Knowing I could not walk, refused to bring me some ice for my injury. Will NOT be staying here again."

"Very clean hotel. Close to good restaurants, Meow Wolf, downtown Santa Fe"

"This hotel is a refurbished motel in an area of town that requires that the property be fenced off and gated. The included breakfast was the highlight, a wide variety of home-style offerings and fresh-squeezed juice."

"Dump ! The worst thing was that there was no way to block the extremely bright flood lights at night or the New Mexico sun from blasting through the window by day. I had never witnessed a hotel room without full curtains prior to this stay. The worst mattress and pillows that I have ever encountered ! Expect a very rough sleep !"

"I love the covered parking right next to the rooms. It was very easy for me to grab things from my car. I felt very safe as a solo traveler and the bed was very comfortable for me. I love the old-school vibe!"

"Great location, comfortable room"

"Very convenient location- easy walking to railyard, plaza, downtown areas. Staff quickly checks the guests in."
