Terrible experience

This was the worst stay in any Novotel Hotel for me for a specific reason: there was a wedding party in the hotel complex and we couldn’t sleep at all until 3:00 A.M. because the music was so loud that even on the 14th floor where we were, it was impossible to fall asleep even with the earplugs and noise cancelling headphones. We booked this hotel to have a comfortable night to rest after 2 weeks of travelling through Bolivia and instead we couldn’t sleep and were extremely exhausted the next day. When complaining to the hotel staff they told us that they cannot do anything until 3:00 A.M. The building is obviously very poorly built and this was not a 5 star experience at all, I wouldn’t pay even 30€ for this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there during the weekends, when the weddings are taking place. Otherwise, when there is no loud music, the hotel is very nice, but not being able to sleep ruined our experience completely.

Muy mal servicio desde la llegada no funcionaba el baño y pedí cambio de habitación , no cambiaban las toallas y reciclaban las sucias … no hacían correctamente el aseo en la habitación y no daban más que una botella de agua al ingresar. En general una pésima experiencia y es al peor Novotel que he llegado en todos mis viajes de negocios. No volveré a quedarme ahí

O atendente para check in era meio lento e meu chuveiro estava com a agua saindo meio espalhada, pois estava com os buraquinhos entupidos, mas fora isso todo o resto da estadia foi ótima. comida muito boa, quarto comfortavel. limpo. e bem bonito. me ajudaram com taxi também

As an American there are so many things I love about this property - Apple electronics plug directly into the wall without converters or adapters, most of the desk staff speak English, safe water, excellent menu in restaurant and bar with late night availability, lovely breakfast. My only complaint- I stayed here during the feria and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel in the evenings. Tons of traffic and road closures

Newer hotel with pleasing design in common areas. Comfortable bed AND pillows, spacious bathroom, and excellent climate control. What really made our stay was the staff. Jose Miguel and bartender, Samuel, were friendly, helpful, and are the reason we would recommend this hotel to friends.

Mal hotel. Habitación pequeña. No aplicaron beneficios VIP ACCESS. Cobraron consumos de la habitación que no realicé. Ubicación buena para el que viaja a la Expo pero si no, la ubicación es mala ya que esta aislada de los sitios de interés de la ciudad y lejos de restaurantes. El arreglo de la habitación lo hacían después de las 4 pm Hay muchísimas mejores opciones en Santa Cruz.
