"Room was looking tired and wasn’t the cleanest. Lots of small detailed cleaning is required, extra attention to the woodwork & fittings. Thai restaurant wasn’t very good, over cooked chicken starter, old dressing. Main of Pad Thai was very over cooked, meaning the noodles difficult to eat. Bar staff & reception staff were very good and helpful."

"It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"

"Our room was clean and cool as our visit was during the heatwave. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially agreeing to transport us in the golf buggy as our room was a few minutes walk from the main reception. Breakfast was very delicious was a fair variety of items to choose from. Parking is fair but could become tight if there is a big event on. The grounds are well kept and encouraging to take a wander around. I totally enjoyed my stay, so thank you to the wonderful staff."

"I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors."

"A terrible experience. Very tired hotel and spa facilities. Poor staff, rude and unhelpful. Complaints have taken a week so far to hear anything back. It appears there are a long list of people complaining."
