We found the location to be inconvenient, not located near a train station with a few shuttle options though the shuttles seemingly don't run on Sundays? Breakfast options were okay but did cost per person. We spent some time sitting around the pool relaxing and actually got locked out of the hotel. Took some time to get attention of an employee to be let back in, though they did not unlock the doors so we propped them open to continue enjoying the pool area.

Room was large but bare. Just a couple of chairs besides the bed made the space not flexible to use as a true ‘suite’. Heat hard to control. Had a big whirlpool tub, but small spigot meant it took a long time to fill. Room clean; housekeeping does a nice job. Desk staff friendliness mixed.

Mediocre accommodation

The room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked with towels. There was no way to control the temperature, because it appeared the fan was missing from the ceiling, so it was very hot. I found the man at the front desk to be unwelcoming and a little rude.

We stayed here as a family of 4. Family room was big enough for us however the property advertising a recent renovation the bathroom especially was a bit tired and needed updating but everything worked as it should. It must be said, if you don't have a car then staying here might be a bit tricky. We hired a car (We went further South) and deliberately stayed out of Naples to visit some of the surrounding sights. Underground Parking is 10€ a night or free at the front or across the road in Wurth car park. Parking is a bit of a nightmare if you don't want to pay the extra, as there is a restaurant next door that was busy two of the nights we got back a bit later and parking was a little restricted. Breakfast was a good selection but was the same all three mornings we were there so not much in the way of variety. There is a Swimming pool but we didn't use it. Overall a good stay but you will need a car to make the most of it.

The room was old and need a renovation. But it was clean. The pool was dirty so our swimming clothes become yellow, but the staff in the reception was very helpful and kind. Good food in the restaurant.

No Airport shuttle as promised. Paid 180€ for taxi

The website stated there was an airport shuttle. I called ahead to make sure this was accurate. The woman at the desk confirmed. They sent a taxi(not a shuttle) which we had to pay for when we arrived. I asked about this to which I was told the shuttle had specific hours(not listed on the website) and that outside of those hours, they send a taxi at our expense. We should have been notified of this when we called. I asked if the shuttle would be available for our return trip in the AM. She said no, it would be a taxi again. At this point we had no choice. I said ok, we would need a taxi at 3am. When we came down for our taxi in the AM, there was a man at the desk who said we didn’t confirm that we needed a taxi so we didn’t have one and he couldn’t call one because everyone was asleep. I asked him repeatedly to please try as we had to catch our international flight he called and said maybe someone would call us back. Finally a taxi service from the airport called and said they could take us but they would charge us from the airport to the hotel and back. At this point we had no choice. So, after paying for the hotel, we also paid an additional 180€ in cab fare.

The hotel was well kept, rooms are quite dated but okay, looks like they are being renovated. Our room got cleaned every other day and when we asked why it wasn't being clean the receptionist said that the cleaning lady said she cleaned it but beds were not made and no fresh towels or toilet paper for us to use. Was very strange how she thought we were lying about our room not being clean. The
