This is an older property, and the tables are a bit roughed up, but the beds are comfortable, linens are fresh and pretty. Towels are plentiful, and staff are great. It’s in the pines, close to the ocean, gorgeous walking trails. We enjoy the nightly music in the Fireside Room. It’s as peaceful and quiet as you’d like.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cambria Pines Lodge. Our cottage was spacious with the added surprise of a herd of 12 deer lounging behind our patio fence each morning! The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff was warm and welcoming. There is a steep hill to navigate to get to and from the village, but it's just a few minutes drive with pretty accessible parking in the winter time. The lodge grounds are expansive and beautiful.
