"El personal en general muy atento. Solo tuvimos inconvenientes al momento del desayuno , no atendían , estaban sobrepasados y hasta me hablaron de mala gana cuando pedí agua caliente por q la dispuesta no lo estaba. Y me hicieron esperar 20 minutos. Luego todo el resto excepcional."

"We used this hotel with kids and it was perfectly set up. We had access to free laundry, gym and a rooftop pool. "First impressions on arrival were 'Wow this place is very nice' The staff were immediately helpful and spoke excellent English.
