"The bartender Eddie saved the day. He’s the pool bartender. The food nor the beach did it for us. We checked out 2 days earlier. Although it was nonrefundable we chose to leave and enjoy the city. The sea grass swarmed the beach. It was so smelly I couldn’t smell my perfume daily. For the price we paid the food wasn’t good at all. The best thing on the menu was the cheese burger. Didn’t receive a welcome drink or hot towel. Very disappointing "

We particularly appreciated Nigel and Cesar. Front desk was helpful and responsive to needs we had during the trip. Concierge service was excellent about booking activities and even rebooking couple of things when our travel was delayed."
