"Me toco comprar mi propio papel higiénico porque no había papel en ningún baño un sola toalla por cuarto dicen que tenían cable y no funciona en ninguna televisión y estuvimos varias horas sin energía eléctrica me tocó trabajar de plomero y limpiar el sink de la cocina las tuberías rotas debajo del sink era un desastre por el precio que pague lo considero una estafa "

"I totally enjoyed my trip to El Salvador, but the experience at this property was terrible. The owner cancelled my booking 6 days before my arrival without a proper reason. I had to look for another hotel to stay on the day of arrival. "

"I stayed for 1 night. The view is pretty unbeatable and worth any price. I understand that the area usually remains cool, however a fan would be appreciated on the rooms, as well as a mini fridge if possible. The pupusas and breakfast were ok for local standards, and would be certainly enjoyed by foreigners. If you are driving, you will have to pay a small entrance fee to Cerro Verde, and as this allows you to walk around the park, you will not regret it! Hotel and restaurant staff were great...
