This is a great little condo with everything that you need - I even found a broom to clean up the endless sand! Nice, quiet beach just 50 feet away. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Close to the rain forest and the bioluminescent bay. Good communication with the owner. Nice place to stay, especially for the price. I would stay there again.

It was an amazing veiw. With Beach just dowstairs. Close to the Rainforest and local food kiosk with shopping. The communication was great and it was easy to check in and to find.

Beautiful view of the ocean! The apartment was a little dated and needed some attention but the location made it worth it! It was convenient to have a washer and dryer inside the place and once we got the hang of the ventilation, the temperature was pleasant. The pillows were pretty old and flat but all linens and towels were very clean. The best part was falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves crashing. This location is conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Right on the beach, it's a beautiful little apartment. It seemed like a lot of retirees live there so there weren't people being loud late at night. The building staff was very friendly and the entire property was very clean and well maintained.

Very nice place

Very nice place. I was solo but the appartment is very well for a family. The view is amazing ans it is wonderful To gave like a direct access to the beach. The only negative point was the presence of some cockroaches.

We had a lovely stay at this condo! The view of the ocean is spectacular and falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was wonderful. Rafael was very responsive and had put together a very thorough guide, which had all the checking in/out info as well as local restaurant and activity recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Also, just my 2 cents to potential visitors in reference to prior reviews: if youre looking to stay in the lap of luxury, keep looking and expect to pay a lot more. This is not the Ritz Carlton and you shouldn't be expect it to be.

The contact was extremely communicative and clear with his instructions. The property was fairly quiet and gated, with a gorgeous view of the beach/ocean. You’re right next to the beach, and the beach you’re next to is a fantastic lazy day beach. As expected, the property is slightly outdated, but it seems most of Puerto Rico properties not directly in Condado are this way, and for what it was, and especially at its price, there were no real complaints from my wife and I. We would gladly come back to this property if we ever visit the island again.

The windows were a fight. No night stands. Only one little table 24"x24" for dining and sitting. Stove was antique and shocked us electrically. No hand towels, we had to go buy some. No lights in the kitchen, only portable charging light which you had to find metal to stick it on. Pots and pans were real thin and very used. Couldn't cook with them. Basically, could boil eggs and make coffee. Toilet was on water saver mode, when you use it, it took two or three flushes and it didn't wash the full bowl when it flushed. The only thing this property offered was a view.

Cons: Washer & dryer unit is outdated, portable AC did not cool the master bedroom. 1 "portable" AC for the entire apartment which isn't in fact portable. You can't move it. If you attempt to do so, the hose comes apart from the hole in the wall. Poor water pressure, especially in the bathroom. No ventilation in the bathroom. Having a bowel movement is quite the feat in this bathroom. I had to collect water from the stand-up shower in a bucket and pour it in the toilet for my excrements to completely flush. Sorry to be so specific, but you have to know. There are no windows in the bathroom, so the longer you're in there, the more you will sweat. Make sure you take a fan and position it to hit you if you're on the toilet. Beach chairs and other accessories in the closet by the bathroom were rusty, so I didn't use them. I didn't even use the dryer or washer because the dryer connection seemed off to me. Limited eating options nearby. Pros: guaranteed parking, friendly staff, quiet community (the tourists are the only loud folks in the building), beach is across the street (gaining access after 7pm via the back door of the property is prohibited), good breakfast spot a few feet away from property, cheap bear a few feet away from property, gas station nearby.

AMAZING VIEW! The property was very clean and safe. Easy parking and secure with an entrance gate and locked beach gate. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions. The beach was beautiful and clean and not overly crowded. It is within walking distance to food and grocery. Easy walk down to La Pared beach to watch the surfers, and there was a wonderful food truck serving brunch and delicious coconut coffee. We will definitely be back!
