"We stayed for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort grounds are spacious, so it never felt overcrowded. There are several dining options on the property, which was very convenient. However, if you'd like to explore restaurants or attractions outside the resort, you'll need a car, as there isn't much within walking distance. The location is excellent for visiting places like El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo Beach, both of which are only about a 10–15 minute drive away.
The resort offers several pools to choose from, but the pool with the waterslide and splash zone is by far the most popular. If you'd like to secure a lounge chair, it's best to arrive early.
The rooms were clean, updated, and featured very comfortable beds. My only significant concern was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations and other noise from neighboring rooms. In addition, the connecting door between our room and the adjacent room only had a single door instead of the typical double-door design. Because of this, we could see into the neighboring room through the gap around the door as guests walked by, which felt uncomfortable and raised privacy and security concerns.
Overall, this is a great resort for families with children, especially those looking for a convenient location, multiple dining options, and plenty of activities on the property."
