"Always love the area and hotel when staying in San Jose."

"Overall place is clean and well upkept. Rooms are clean and spacious and the hotel itself is conveniently located within 6 minutes of the hotel. One downside I had was that the hotel staff were not very clear on certain charges. I didnt find out till I got there that you have to pay to park in their parking lot, which was $26 a day. They were not transparent about this, nor was this made clear when booking through Expedia. Aside from that slight annoyance the hotel experience was good and worth considering especially if you prefer being closer to the airport."

"I enjoyed the room! The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and roomy. My only feedback is the AC/heating unit was noisy (fan mode), and I couldn't sleep with it on. It left the room a bit stuffy due to lack of airflow and not being able to open the window. Other than that it was nice! I would stay there again if the opportunity comes again, just not in room 403 due to the fan noise."

"Only thing I didn’t like was the lack of parking. The hotel did not have parking. It was valet for over $50/night."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was 5 out of 5 stars. The food area was clean, tables were cleaned as soon guest left, and the food was fresh and replaced when the bends were half empty. Our room...peeling wallpaper, loud ac unit, over all, the room felt cramped. There was only one night stand and the kids g size bed was a foot, 12 inches away from the window and ac unit. If yoy intend to use the just sleep then 4 out of 5 stars."

"Multiple vehicle break ins overnight. Hotel has no security cameras as they state that the parking lot is a shared lot with Applebee's. They also have no security guards on duty to help prevent break ins. They state that the hotel does not officially offer parking. That it is public parking only. Hotel and manager on duty made no attempt to offer accommodations. Only gave a general email address. To file a complaint."
