staff was very nice and rooms were clean. However, it was very hard to find the hotel and took multiple drives around the block to locate the entrance. There was also very limited and tight parking. Good choice if on a budget but is not comparable to the bigger brand hotels on the same street.

Don’t waste your money. We booked the hotel room and when we arrived the manager told us the room did not existed and wouldn’t give us another room. It says the hotel has a pool, but it wasn’t even filled up. The place is dirty, smells, and has only 3-5 parking lots in a garage, so we had to park out on the street. At the end we didn’t even stayed there, and wouldn’t give us a refund.

The hotel has a terrific staff and great location near the Convention Center and an excellent selection of restaurants. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. I would happily stay there again in a future visit to San Jose.

The lady is very kind, but they keep front door lock, and the rooms smell bad. I had to request a cancellation for my second night because can’t sleep for the noice.

This property, inside the building is in good condition, outside, not that good, and the place appears to be shut down when you first approach the building, toilet was not working properly and no AC. Noise area, you constantly hear the loud sound of the highway. Breakfast was not bad.

Here’s your review in English: Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) My stay at this hotel was disappointing. To begin with, the location is not great, making it inconvenient to get around. On top of that, the noise was constant, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The bed sheets were of poor quality and didn’t feel clean or comfortable. To make matters worse, the shower was dirty, which is unacceptable in any hotel. There are definitely things that need improvement. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

No No stay away!

On entrance it was so gloomy and stinky my friends wife;s face looked so sad I knew we could not stay! We all looked at our rooms anyway and that made our decision final. I lost $175.00 American. When we where leaving asked if could use the washroom and was told to get out. $175.00 and wasn;t aloud to Pee. Please don;t book this Hotel,,, sleep in a bus shelter,, your car,, an outhouse would be better!

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money or time booking here. I ignored the bad reviews bc on the pictures didn't look as bad... its NOTHING LIKE THE PICS, I lost my money, I walked in and out. The place is very dirty, moldy, has a bad smell, it looks like a really bad "MOTEL" the owner was not very friendly, beds were as hard as a rock... pool was full of dirt and God knows what else. I Would never go back to this place, nor would recomend it.

This property was clearly misrepresented on the Expedia site. It was dark, smelly, dirty, old, unkept and in a horrible neighborhood. The ratings advertised were obviously bogus just to get you to book and not get your money back! The proprietor basically said tough luck it’s not refundable! She said no one books there for extended stay just for overnight! I could not even see staying there 1 night! Expedia should vet their listings! What a scam! No more Expedia for me! Worst travel experience I have ever had! Still angry after 2 weeks! The tone of the proprietor and the smirk on her face when telling me no refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP!

I am going to be requesting a full refund for this booking. When I arrived, I was greeted by a dishevelled man wearing a stain-covered shirt. He then proceeded to tell me the front gate does not lock at night and anyone could just walk in. I then had to wait for this person’s “mother” to come check me in. At which point, she started to describe her personal health issues and she would have to go to the hospital the following morning and how she hadn't eat in days, etc... Then I was handed a 7 inch long, 2 centimetre thick, block of wood, with two keys attached to it, one for my room and the safe inside. Which I had to carry around in my pocket all day, off property. The room: the door is not properly secured. It loose and shaky, and only had the tiny lock in the doorknob, no dead bolt, and the latch lock did not work. Between this and the the fact that there was not lock on the outside gate. Also, the ceiling fan in the room way very low hanging and loose, not safe at all and very noisy through the night. The shower head stream was high-pressure, with very thin jets. This caused pain and discomfort to my private areas. Before going to sleep. I had to push the room fridge against the door to properly secure it and feel safe. It is 2:37 am as I am writing this. This entire process is the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experience have ever had at a hotel, anywhere, ever.
