My stay lasted 8 days. The rooms are very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with accommodations. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. I tried many different options and all of them were delicious. The hotel is 2 blocks from centro comercial Ventura. Highly recommend staying here if you looking for accommodations in the area.

The actual hotel is excellent all the staff are polite and attentive. Even though my Spanish is horrendous.. the rooms could have been soundproof as the roads outside the hotel are very busy and lots of horn blowing like there is in South America. The breakfast was outstanding every morning with a good choice of food and juices and cereals. I would say that my stay with them was really good apart the noise...

Very welcoming helpful staff. Hotel was clean and furnished with up to date fixtures. Breakfast (excluded) was exceptional, best we’ve ever had - buffet with cereal, fruit, juice, arepa and eggs prepared to order. Pool was not large but very clean and comfortable. Very central location. Mall is 2 blocks away, walking in the area does require personal awareness. Only negative was shower water was not hot.
