My stay at the Holiday Inn in Cúcuta was excellent. The location is perfect, with shopping centers, restaurants, and stores just steps away, making everything super convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive at all times—they truly go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The rooms were in perfect condition: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The included breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options. Definitely a top choice for anyone visiting the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself is well maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. But what really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service. I especially want to recognize Mr. Max, who was by far the best person and employee I encountered during my visit. Max went above and beyond in every interaction, whether it was answering questions, offering helpful recommendations, or simply greeting guests with genuine warmth and kindness. His professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude made such a difference and truly elevated my stay. If you’re considering a visit, I highly recommend it and be sure to say hello to Max. He’s a remarkable person and a credit to the entire hotel team.
