"Called for a shuttle fron SFO per directions at SFO ưhile on hold shuttle drove by us but ưouldnt stop. Hotel is not near any restaurants nor stores. There is a small area of snacks and drinks. Soda 20oz $6.00 ea Front desk employees clueless on directions to the city, Ballpark or zoo. Beyond uber. ..."
